HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
1. Call the Store and let us know what you are looking for.
- orders can be placed throughout the week but we are only offering delivery services on Friday and Saturday between 2-8pm currently. We will be extending our hours in the future based on demand
- selection of products are subject to availability
- all orders in by Friday at 1pm will be delivered same day between 3-4pm
2. Provide us with Payment over the phone.
- We accept Visa & Mastercard. Orders will be required to be paid for prior to delivery being made. We are currently not providing “pay at the door” service
- Full payment is required when the order is placed
- $10 cost for local delivery within Nanaimo (roughly 10km radius of The Landing: Jingle Pot, Downtown and Woodgrove area are the general borders. The store will confirm if we deliver to your address upon calling
- Bigger orders for party planning will be offered custom times for deliveries
- Loyalty points are applicable to Home Delivery orders
2. ….and presto your bevy’s are delivered to your door.
- Please allow enough time for an order to arrive. Delivery time is dependent on weather, traffic, and order volume and cannot be guaranteed
- Persons purchasing and receiving orders MUST have two valid pieces of identification including one valid photo identification. We will scan your identification for validation (accepted first piece: Drivers License, Passport, BCID card)
- We reserve the right to cancel, not accept, or hold orders at any time. Please see Returns and Cancellation Policy below
- If you have requested a larger purchase, you may be asked to help the delivery driver carry items to your front door
- Deliveries are only dropped off where liquor may be legally possessed and consumed
- We will not deliver and accept payment from a person who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
- We will never leave a delivery unattended. If there is no one of legal drinking age to accept and purchase the order, we will return the items to the store and will cancel your order for that day
DEPOSITS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
- To return or replace items that are faulty/damaged on delivery, customers must return such product to the store with the original receipt within 3 days of purchase
- Opened bottles containing faulty product must be returned corked or sealed
- A 15% restocking fee may be applied to ANY cancelled orders
